hi has anybody got a call from someone saying you have problem with your computer and we need to take control of it and fix it & then tell you how much they where pakistan thank you

soul eclipse,
Dell would not call you and want to take over your system to resolve any issues unless you called them for a computer problem and were expecting a call back. It's probably a good rule of thumb to not allow anyone to take control of your system unless you have a computer problem and contacted Dell yourself.

That's pretty funny, except that you know there is someone out there who would immediately say, "Oh, sure, take over my computer!"
