(redirected) DFS issue
Hello everyone. So i wanted to buy a new laptop for my son for his newly started photography business. He asked me for an Alienware laptop for this year's holidays. So I applied for Dell credit and got approved instantly for $1500. So I go ahead and use my newly opened credit account for an Alienware 13. Order went through smoothly and got an order notification shortly after. Then, after maybe 30 minutes I receive another email saying my order was on hold pending verification, please call DFS verification dept. So I go ahead and call and spoke to an Indian rep. So he goes and asks me for a call back number and another just in case and he told me he'd call right back. Well, after 2 days I haven't received any calls so I took the initiative to call DFS again. Same story. Long story short, it's been more than 2 weeks of playing cat & mouse and I don't know what to do anymore. I might just close my account if I don't get my order processed soon. I've never heard of anything like this. Can anyone help me?
