What browser are you using? Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox or some other type of browser?
Do you have all the Windows Updates? Even the custom ones? (Especially net framework)(Do NOT do the drivers at all, get them from the manufacturer's website only if you have problems.)

What type of webmail are you trying to access?

Do you have the latest Java?
Try testing you adobe flash player and shockwave player?
