Power Edge 720 HDD

We have a PowerEdge R720 server (Service Tag DXXXXX1) being used for our EMR system.  Yesterday we started getting a predicted failure on one of the physical disks (Span 0 Physical Disk 0:1:1).  We ordered the new Dell drive (Part Number w347k is what I was told by triage to order) to replace this drive.  According to the System Management it states "HOT SWAP ... NO".  Does this mean the drive is not hot swappable???  I am confused because all the drives on all of our Dell PowerEdge Servers should be hot swappable, as we cannot shut these serves down.

Hello.

R720 severs come with backplanes and as such support hot swap drives. Confirm whether there is a backplane. It is highly unlikely that you have cabled hard drives.  Can you provide a screen shot from OMSA.
