License renewal options ?
We discovered our current license 'expired' and we are unable to upgrade to the new v4.
Our Dell Account Manager is unable to find a renewal option for OpenManage Integration for VMware vCenter.
And want to sell us 5 times the following option (we currently have a 25 Server, Dell Management Plug-in for Vmware vCenter v1.5, 3Yr)
OpenManage Integration for VMware vCenter - single instance - 5 host increment, 3 year license
Is our accountmanager missing something ?

That is correct, there is no license renewal option with this product.

Hello
The information you have been provided appears to be accurate. According to my sales chart on OMIVV we only have three quantities we sell licensing. They are available in packs of 1, 5, or a 100+. Each of those are available in either 3 or 5 year.
The 25 pack may have been an option in the past, but I do not show that as an option currently.
