12th Generation of Intel Core for Optiplex
Anyone happen to know (or can make an educated guess) when Dell will release Optiplex computers with the 12th generation of the Intel Core processor? Possible for December 2021, or likely further out?

I am looking to buy pretty soon, but can wait if the 12th Gen is due out within a month or two. Do you have any idea when it would roll out?

Dell will wait until they sell enough units of 7090 before rolling out 12th, I guess. not sure what Dell would name the new model since they had already used 7100 before.

Per Wikipedia's Optiplex article, last 7070/7080/7090 SFF/MT/micro desktops have been released annually in May-June. Schedules vary somewhat for among 3xxx/5xxx/7xxx lines.
