3040 MFF, BIOS update hangs on multiple computers
Problem: BIOS update hangs on multiple computers. Message 'Firmware Update successful. Rebooting your system.' (see photo) appears and the computers doesn't reboot automatically.

Model: Dell OptiPlex 3040 MFF
BIOS version: 1.6.1
OS: Windows 10 Pro v1709
Install method: SCCM Operating System Task Sequence (update will be installed at the end of the Task Sequence, after the operating system is installed)
Install command: OptiPlex_3040_1.6.1.exe /s /f
How can this be solved?

If you power off/on to manually boot does it work OK?

Yes, but the computer must reboot automatically without user interaction.

There is support from Microsoft and Dell but its not free. This is a user forum not Dell support.
