3040 SFF, SATA III

Question

Hello, I would like to know if the dell Optiplex 3040 SFF motherboards supports SATA III. I am planning to buy SSD but most of the available in market now is SATA III. I am not sure if this will be compatible to my motherboard. Thanks in advance.
