7060, Wipe/Reload Windows 10 1903, BAD_POOL_CALLER
Hello,
I am wiping and reloading a brand new Optiplex 7060 with Windows 10 (1903) Pro. Once the OS is installed, it starts rebooting randomly after a BSOD of BAD_POOL_CALLER.
Diags - OK
BIOS - UP TO DATE
DRIVERS - Nothing in Device Manger with an Exclamation Point. I've updated as many as I can before it reboots on me. Any long installs fail due to the reboot.
What can I look for as to what is causing this? If I am in SafeMode with networking everything seems to be okay, as soon as I am in regular OS mode, the BSOD will come eventually within 3-4 minutes.

"" imply's corrupt install or worse rootkit malware.
There should be no issues with valid media and USB2 drive.
The drive could also be physically bad.
3rd issue could be BAD or incompatible ram.
BAD POOL CALLER:
STOP 0x000000C2
Confirm all the memory is of the same type and speed. Many motherboards only work correctly when the memory is installed with matched sets and matched speeds.
If you added or changed your memory just before this problem occurred, try reverting to the prior memory configuration to confirm it's the source of the problem.
Check that the memory is fully seated in the sockets. Memory sockets often have side latches that need to be upright to indicate the memory is correctly locked in place.
Confirm the memory resides in the correct slots on the motherboard. You'll need to refer to the motherboard manual to confirm this. There is little consistency, even within a single vendor. Some systems require that memory is installed as matched pairs.

why run 1903, and not 1809, why run beta software ? I'm flummoxed !
why not try the newest ISO from microsofts main page 1909 and load that.
first run an full SMART test in the hDD,
do not load any OD to a bad hdd, or spend the whole week going NOTHING at all, do not do that.
a 5+ old HDD can be bad easy, (and is par, ) for the bath tub life span. (have hard proof of that)
and bad ISO used, not doing MD5 in the file.
or not using the MS, USB ISO builder, ok?

Clean install on non physically defective drive works fine.
BAD_POOL_CALLER is corruption or conflict with malware or driver.
Clean install to remove infected Drivers
Run Memory Diagnostic Tool
Run Windows Disk Check
Replace the Hard Drive

Same Issue. Reproduced with a clean Win 10 install. Once Install SA, BSOD Bad_Pool_caller again. Uninstalling Support Assist has fixed the problem.
Horrible time waste to fix. SA is garbage, and worse when I called Dell, step one was to install it if not installed.

The version of intel RST driver must be newer there is a specific problem with the older 15.x versions.
Support assist certificates have been revoked only the latest version works.
1903 is old news. Nov 12 Current build is 1909. 10.0.18363.476
