First, we need the correct model. The 7050 did not come as an AIO (All-In-One). I see =

Just to be 100% clear, are you sure that your teachers are plugging the HDMI cable into the #6 HDMI out port, and not the #4 HDMI in port.

Have you reinstalled either the onboard GPU Intel HD driver or the AMD Radeon R7 driver?

Yes, all the computer are setup by the ITS staff, professor only turn on the computer and the projector for the class. We are aware that this computer have the capacity for HDMI input, but the HDMI cable connected to the projector is in HDMI output.

OK. You will need to escalate this to your school district Dell TAM (Technical Account Manager). Be sure to forward them the Forum link so that they can see the trouble shooting.

We have been experiencing the same issues with our 7450 AIOs that project to an external display on the HDMI out. This has been going in our environment since August. The 7450 will restart and the HDMI signal will be lost to the secondary monitor/TV. Doing the BIOS update will cause the screen to come back but only for a week or so. We have also found out that just going into the BIOs and exiting causes the external monitor to come back. Then the Secondary Monitor and the HDMI out quit working. Have there been any reported fixes or resolutions for this problem from Dell?

We are also having this problem, it started near the end of the school year.  We are using Win 10  EDU 1803 on 7450 AIOs connected to Epson projectors.  Any update would be helpful.

I have the same problem with a Dell OptiPlex 7460 All-in-One. Initially this computer was recognized by an OPTOMA beamer on HDMI-out without anny hassles but now, after a few weeks, the beamer does not recognize the HDMI signal of the computer any more. However, the beamer works without problems with the same cable with other computers. On the other hand a BENQ monitor connected by HDMI still works with the Dell OptiPlex 7460 All-in-One. Maybe there is a problem with the signal strength of HDMI-out ... Help would be much appreciated.
