755 MT Win10 pro, .net framework problem

I installed Photo Explosion 4.0.  It wanted .net framework downloaded to work properly.  I don't remember the # that preceded .net, if it was 3 or 4.

If my PC is in sleep mode, it turns on by itself, always in the midde of the night with a blank screen.  I can hit any button and I get the sign on screen.  This problem started occurring after downloading the .net framework.

If I turn the PC off, it stays that way.

I checked BIOS.  It's still the same - no auto on times, it's turned off.  I double checked Power Management settings in Windows - nothing new.

Do I have to delete Photo Explosion 4.0 to remove the problem or what else is there?  CMOS battery was recently replaced.
