755, not booting on USB

Question

My dell usb getting caught on the boot device menu and I’m running bios revision A09 Ive changed the boot order, unplugged HHD’a and still nothing. The HHD boots to windows 10 Fine But the Pc refused to boot from usb. My Usb is a PNY 16GB. My DELL Serial Number And Model are: Serial Num: Model Num: DCNE
