Without current bios no.

And the power supply does not support that card

Furthermore if its too long it wont physically go into the case.

A user reported successful install of sapphire pulse Radeon RX570 x4 GB in 9010 MT.

https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/dell-optiplex-9010-mt-mod-use-gpu-covered-pcie-1x-slot.275846/

the card is 230mm long.
you need to upgrade psu to 500W or greater.

PS that user reported “the RX570 will interfere with the Optiplex backplane latch”

Thanks for the information, Do you have any recommendations on a good gpu that would fit and my PC can handle?

gpu check of i7-3770 and RX 570 4 GB, high quality setting (not ultra)

https://www.gpucheck.com/en-usd/gpu/amd-radeon-rx-570/intel-core-i7-3770-3-40ghz/high

3770 is the top cpu of optiplex 9010

RX570 8 GB is not faster than 4 GB but loads game better.
