As received.  Windows 10.  BIOS settings as it came in:  Multi Display ENABLED (note there says that should be on for Windows 7 and above).  Primary Display is on Auto.  Both Intel HD Graphics and AMD card, unchecked.

Monitor is u2720 (hdmi to displayport-DP) plugged into AMD card, turned on, no video.  Swapped to lower DP jack on board- video works.

Checked Device Manager, both card and on board video listed and working properly.

Upgraded to Windows 11.  Tried same, same result.  No video on card, video through lower DP on board only.

Changed BIOS Primary Display from AUTO to AMD card.  No video through AMD card, on board video appeared a few minutes after plugging in.  Restored BIOS to Auto.

Removed AMD Radeon 355 card, inserted another AMD card, same results, no video thru card, video through on board only.

Turned Multi Display off, left Video untouched as AUTO.  Turned on and got message that the video card was on board and to plug the monitor into it.  Did so, rebooted and no video on card or on board, so no video at all.  Had to remove battery to reset BIOS and get video.

Tried Multi Display off, changed Primary Display to AMD card, no video.  Hot swapped to on board, nothing at all.  Had to remove battery from BIOS to reset.

Upper DP on onboard video does not appear to ever work.

One explanation is that the motherboard or the AMD cards have an issue with the cable having an HDMI jack on the monitor, so waiting on a DP to DP cable.

About the only thing not mentioned yet is Secure Boot.  If it's off, try turning it on.  If it's on, try turning it off.  If you're currently on Win11, there may be the possibility of it having a conniption with Secure Boot off if it allows it.  I know it has to be on just to install it.

Glad you got it working.  Should be able to leave Secure Boot on then.
