The best GPU to go with your i5-2400 is the GTX 1050, and not the ti version. And you do have enough power for it. Be sure to get low profile (short bracket) version.
My answers in regards to GPU's have the backing of moderation, including one of whom is a Dell engineer. Part of it is because in spite of old specs, users find that certain DT and SFF models can to power 75w cards. I've had positive feedback in regards and no negative feedback from actual users. @redxps630, if I were to upgrade my psu which one would work and make me be able to also upgrade my PSU because I will no longer have proprietary power connectors (I have a Dell Optiplex 3010 DT with 4 GB of DDR3 ram, which I will replace)
DT psu has nonstandard form factor which cannot be easily upgraded. It would be better to move motherboard into a 7010/3010 MT case which uses standard ATX psu, or just get a 7010 system since the 3010 has only two dimm slot.
