Best graphics card for an Optiplex 780?
Hi. I want to upgrade my computer's graphics card to something a little better, since I can hardly play any 3D games without my computer crashing (and I already play In the lowest settings).
My PC specs are:
- Windows 7 SP1 Ultimate x86
- Processor: Intel (R) Core(TM) Duo CPU E7500 @ 2.93GHz 2.93 GHz
- RAM: 4.00 GB
- 32 bits system
- Hard disk has 150G
It's built-in graphics card is Intel(R) Q45/Q43 Express Chipset (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM 1.1). It ... I want to upgrade but I don't know which card will work

GT 1030 is the card that works in ALL MODELS of 755 760 780 790 EXCEPT USFF which has no slots.

Speedstep already linked it, GDDR5. Use short bracket low for low profile if you have a DT or SFF. It's not said what size/form factor your PC is.
Also, upgrade the ram to at least 8GB. A-Tech is a good brand with lifetime warranty. It's what I use. Nice way to save a little $ on an older/somewhat older machine as compared to Crucial. Make sure all RAM modules match. Dell's, especially some of the older ones, can be real finicky about that.

By the way, I did see the first GT 1030 link redirects. The 2nd link works.
