Bluetooth microphone not working with dongle
I am trying to connect my bluetooth headset with my dell desktop having windows 10 by using dongle, the issue is that audio works fine but mic is not, kindly advise.

Win10 selects headphones and not headset by default. With Bluetooth dongle and headset plugged in, click on Sound/speaker icon in Control Panel. You should see headphones and headset icons. Click on headset icon for Win10 to choose it.
Something handy - Put speaker icon on desktop.
