DELL Optiplex 3060 Windows 11 graphic issues

Question

I have a Dell Optiplex 3060 Micro and the computer upgraded to Windows 11. The only issue I have noticed was post upgrade the graphics are no longer sharp. Normally I would just add a different video card, but I do not think this is an option. Also, I saw that there is an internal slot for a graphic modification. Can you please help or make a suggestion?

Check device manager>display adapter. Right after Win 11 upgrade it may default to basic Microsoft adapter, but after some time on internet it may automatically download UHD graphics driver for onboard gpu.

2 ideas:  1. Device Manager > Update Hardware.  2. Have Dell Support Assist scan PC for any needed driver updates.
