Dell 7070 Micro USB-C Video

Hello,

I'm trying to connect 7070 Micro with LG 4K monitor via USB-C cable, I can hear the speakers on the monitor working and LG configuration utility recognize the monitor and communicates with it but there's no video showing on the monitor with USB-C connection. Any thing I need to do on optiplex side to have it send video to the monitor?
