Dell Digital Delivery

Hi,

We have computers on our domain that have a problem with dell digital delivery. I uninstall it from their domain profile and from the main local profile on the pc but when the client logs out and logs back in, the dell digital delivery reinstalls itself back and they get this error every time:

Now, no matter what we do, we can't get rid of this. Please help.
