Dell OptiPlex 3040 SFF Power Supply

Hi guys. I'd like to upgrade the video card on my Dell OptiPlex 3040 SFF, but I'm running into a problem with the power supply. The base power supply is very weak, which more GT 1030 will not be able to run. Can you recommend some kind of power supply of this form factor, at least 300W?
