Dell OptiPlex 960 MT & SSD Installation

I have a recently purchased Optiplex 7010MT running Win10 and want to swap the mechanical HDD for a spare Samsung 850EVO I have lying around. I created a volume on the SDD and formatted.

When I swap out the HDD for the SDD it must not be finding the SSD.Hitting F12 for BIOS doesn't access it and booting the system yields the following display:

CLIENT MAC ADDR with a series of numbers

PXE-M0F:Exiting Intel Boot Agent

No boot device found.

I do have a win10 recovery flash I created plugged into a port.

What have I done wrong?

Thanks

Just sit tight. Savvy will be here soon. He's a genius and knows everything, but you may need translators, as he doesn't know more than 3 words of english. He only communicates in some strange pidgin jargon.
