Dell Optiplex 390 does not support Dell Radeon R7 450 GPU?
I have Dell Optiplex 390 tower with MIH61R motherboard. 500w Custom PSU.
A friend gave me Dell Radeon R7 450 GPU, 4GB, 2 Display Port, 1 DVI port, no 6 pin power.
When I install the GPU the PC does not boot. Even thou there is power on the motherboard.
Why does it not support the GPU? What do I need to use the GPU?

It's either a missing required VESA-Mode or a Legacy/UEFI compatibility problem. Neither are really "fixable".
It's been covered a couple of times so far here. If you can't find the posts, let me know and I will search again.

You can only use older Radeon cards with Older Bios.
Top end is 7750 for the Tower
and 6450 for the rest

Radeon HD 7750 1GB GDDR5

UEFI cards WILL NOT WORK AT ALL For the Radeon R series.
Nvidia doesnt seem to have an issue even with older dells like the XPS 400 with Pentium D.
