I have downloaded all the drivers and they installed with no problem but the drivers are a bit old. I already have the Ghub software because I use the G203 and it works perfectly fine, but I am still having having the same issue. My system is the Dell Optiplex 9010
on that SFF, there are 6 usb ports rear and 4 front so are all 10 dead. I BET not but if are that is software problem. but wait some are USB3, and as we all know USB3 ports can fail and USB2 works lacking USB3 drivers so try the non blue USB2 ports (also USB ports are marked SS, for super speed) use the USB2 ports first. the if those work try USB3 LAST, (this is how it, day 1, fails)
and first off , those are not just head phones those are USB DAC head phones they have the sound chip in side the phones which means it does not USE the Dell sound chip on them main board. (and conflicts are very common when adding smart head phones "endless") and you saw the phones work on 2nd PC. so......
leaving what?
" bad drivers on the SFF." or not internet connected or not testing all 10 ports)
1: does device manager shows errors on USB ports. y/n?
2: is the PC connected to the internet, if not don't expect USB toys to work all 10,000 of them. ok? get connected. and stay so. (I use Ethernet, wifi can be painful)
3: next is make sure you USB port 1 of 10 (any) works with mouse, or keyboard, or USB memory stick
If fails now, the USB base drivers are bad. get them at dell on YOUR support page..
if Yes other USB devices work, then the OS can not get the driver for these smart phones happy with the dell sound system in place or your are simply not using the sound selections in CP + SOUND (control panel properly. click the link above see your driver there? (non dell and if for your phones)
on my PC right now I have the local sound defeated, (onboard) with and ADDED external USB DAC(optical)
the task bar sound icon are dead, (normal for me) this way.
this is worse case, mine, yours must be more easy, with Logitech drivers.. I'm sure. but did you look here first?
but here is mine this is all I get, with Logitech z625 on the end.
4 External USB 3.0 ports (2 front, 2 rear)
and 6 External USB 2.0 ports (2 front, 4 rear, except USFF – 4 rear only) and 2 Internal USB 2.0 (MT/DT only);
As the Logitech support pointed out, the problem must be with the USB ports. You need to find out whether there is any physical damage done to the USB ports.
Have you checked the ports for the damage?
As you pointed out the Logitech is usable on the other device but not with the Optiplex.
Yes I do use the headphones with the cable that came with them and then I use a splitter to mic and headphone and it works perfectly fine. But the problem is that I want to use the USB option and I always get the Device Malfunctioned error and in device manager it appears as Unknown USB device. I already have G hub and all the USB ports on the computer work. I don't see a problem with the computer. As for my playback and recording settings nothing appears about the headset. I have tried every USB port on the PC.
The 9010 USB ports are not USB3 and do not provide enough power to run the device.
The other issue has to do with the USB drivers for that specific device UASP and XHCI drivers. Some older devices do not like XHCI. "USB device not recognized" and the headset is marked as unknown device under the usb devices. This is not a dell issue. You are not the first person who has had this issue moving from WIN7 to WIN10.

If you completely re-installed Windows 10, then you need to re-install the drivers starting with the all the drivers in the chipset category.
Then you need to install Logitech's G HUB software.

You cant use usb and you cant use TRRL Iphone headset connection.

What you need to do is use the IPHONE headset cable that is TRRL on both ends.
Then plug into SPLITTER.
You then use the front mic and headset connectors RED and Green
That's why manual says

You will need USB3 card that is native to windows in a PCI-E slot with aux power connected to the card.
I don't know if its power or incompatability with USB3.
USB 3.0 Asmedia ASM1042A chipset

GHUB drivers are also NOT NATIVE TO WINDOWS.

None of these devices is made or supported by dell.
