Dell Optiplex 9020 Setup

Question

I bought a Dell Optiplex 9020 from EBay. It was recertified. I’m new to the pc world. I’m trying to start the pc and it says ;media test failure, check cable.

No boot device found. Press any key to reboot the machine.

It’s probably a simple problem or fix but I don’t know much about computers.

first press F2 immediately after power on to enter bios and change SATA operation from Dell default RAID to AHCI. save changes and exit bios.

if after this still error, it is possible there is no OS installed in hard drive. you can clean install OS in HDD yourself.
