Dell Service Center in India

Question

I have registered a complaint against my desktop not working as its motherboard has been out of order. It is under warranty and my case no. and express code . In spite of regular complaints, Dell is not able to send any service engineers since 1 months. They say the Dell Service Center are shut down in Mumbai. Please, its very urgent.
