Dell optiplex G270 doesnt access setup or boot menu
ihave a dell optiplex Gx270 when istart it and press the F2 key with ps2 keyboard it says entering setup but its not going to bios set up also it can not bring the strike F1 retry boot key,Also it can not access the f12 key boot menu,iwonder what could be the problem

First thing to try on this 2004 era machine is the CMOS memory battery.
Power off the PC and remove the AC power cord. Push and hold the power button for 20 seconds to drain the power supply. Open the case and locate the CR2032 coin cell battery on the motherboard. Remove the old battery, wait at least 10 minutes (to reset the CMOS (BIOS) memory) and then install a new battery.
For future reference always include which version of the GX270 you have. May make a difference for support.

Gx270 is 2003 PC, (as old as) wow a PS2 post (IBM personal system 2, keyboard) PC, wow like the only post here in decade on one.. yes RTC COIN cell battery is dead, then, fans packed in lint, and bad HDD.
17 year old PC wow. just wow.

Infamous for:
The GX270 made from Apr 2003 to Mar 2004 came under fire in 2005 for having faulty Nichicon electrolytic capacitors.(wiki capacitor plague)

The age of this system means the hard drive is likely completely dead.
This is also one of the models that had a recall up to 2008 for bad capacitors.
This system is junk now not worth fixing.
