Hy chino de oro.

It's ubunto with windows 7 not debian 11 with 7.

Will it be a problem or it's the same because ubunto is built on debian.

At all i will try

Hi

Debian is an excellent, but unforgiving,  OS.  Not always recommended for the novice.

If you can try https://linuxmint.com/ it is a LIVE version, that will run in RAM prior to install.

If it runs, and you like it you install it.

It uses the Ubuntu and Debian repositories.

If not try Debian directly.

Either way the Partitioning and Boot Loader positioning are CRUCIAL,

and if in doubt please stop and ask again.

At first i like to use linux mint but it requires 2gigs of ram but my pc is 512 mb of rams so debian is responsible for me.

If mint runs on 512 mb of ram ofcourse i will install it.

Could it run on 512mb of ram?

2GB is minimum for Linux Mint; 512 MB for Debian, which you might already know.  However, Linux Mint can run live from USB stick.
