What PC do you have and does it have RAID?
What error showed in the test log?
Also, error codes can be Googled. Google the error code along with the model of your PC.

@bradthetechnut is spot on with his advice. It could mean that the HDD is failing but not necessarily. This forum thread can offer more information that may help.
