We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

We can't run diagnostics from here, but can give some ideas.

Double check connections with the front I/O panel, may need reseating.

It's a good time to replace size 2032 CMOS battery if it hasn't been done in the last five years.

Go into the F12 Boot and Diagnostics menu.  There's the option to run quick diagnostics,, but if it doesn't turn up anything, you'll want to run full diagnostics, which can take a few hours.

I don't know for sure if replacing front I/O panel would help.  It likely would if front USB's were completely dead.  However, I never had one apart.  If it has it's own circuit board, then it's entirely possible part of it could die and not the other.  They are relatively cheap on eBay.  Remember to know the form factor/size of your 3020 when searching.

MB issue?  Not as cheap as front I/O panels, but still relatively cheap.

We'll also have to see if another member or Rockstar chimes in.
