Graphics Card for Optiplex 3040 SFF - 4 Monitors

Hi,   Can someone please advise if it is possible to connect 4 monitors to the Optiplex 3040 SFF via a Graphics Card.   If yes, what graphics is suggested?

Out of the box not possible due to tiny power supply.

That explains that. I would be able to connect 2 monitors using a Graphics Card though right?   If I went for the MT model, would that allow 4 monitors to be connected using a Graphics Card?
