I may have figured out how to fix my issue on my own.

For reference, I went to the device manager, attempted to update all the sound drivers, and it said "Installing" for the Intel Display Audio and "Downloading" then "Installing" for the Realtek Audio. Once that was done, I restarted my computer twice just in case and my sound worked. I'll let you know how it's doing tomorrow.

PC Model number?  and what Windows OS?

Model number is Optiplex 7040 and it's running Windows 10. It's been modified, so let me know if you need more information.
