This web page may help. However keep in mind that drivers for that OS are not available on the 3080 support page. Also keep in mind that if you need repairs from Dell, tech support will only assist you if you reinstall the OS that the system came with.

you cant, bec there's no driver. if you want to use it just for testing the os. you have to use something like virtualbox.

If you just want to learn/play/etc it might work, but like someone already said ... you should be able to do that in a virtual-environment.
It's better to install Windows Server on server-class hardware. Especially, if putting in a small-office or business environment. Finally, be sure Server is connected to a good UPS-Battery (like an APC unit).

Hello,
If I install OS on VirtualBox or similar, i can’t use for ex. HyperVisor Manager.
The scope was user Server System for virtualize with HyperVisor other Virtual Machine.
In every case ty all for support.

@Momi2017 My experience is that everything I needed worked apart from the ethernet driver but I managed to get a Win10 driver to work. Of course if you have a small form factor version or larger you could add an ethernet card. You cannot do that on a Micro.
