I/O errors all accross the board, three computers and everything with I/O transactions

Ok, so i have an optiplex 9010 SFF i7 3770 that I just got a couple weeks ago after my i5 3470 ultra slim form factor finally burnt up cause the repair shop didnt take my notes and do there own pre boot diagnostics on it to see that I done it and thats where the notes came from. That PC had several different issues that I wont get in to right now, but the one issue that it had for several months was that it would not read a cd/dvd or burn any, iy always threw a I/O error, and i done all the trooubleshooting that microsoft gave me, even down to buying a nice external portable unit, nothing fixed the issue and it done that same thing with the new drive. In imgburn it would say "noseek completed" and abort the burn or read. I sent ity to the repair shop, it came back still doing that and overheating , But it would come back withwith the bluetooth "being the issue , that it is not compatable with the operartion. I then tried to use my old ladies older dell studio laptop to burn off some images, iso, and it kept saying that it errored with I/O issues, and it only happens with the read cycle of the burn. I get this other optiiplex a couple weeks ago and I went to burn a disk and it threw the I/O error. I thought it must be the dvd disc I have been using for the error to show up accross three PC's. Well then I browse my PC into the "msinfo" log and start looking threw the logsand i get to the I/O and it shows A LOT of errors, with the hard drive, IEEE device and aq IDE device all had I/O errors. I look at the error section at the bottom and it shows the errors happening all threwout the day. I download the BIOS installer driver download from dell and I do the install. I then reboot the PC a coulpe times, once done a check for updates, installed them then rebooted. then done a reboot. After a couple passes of this action, I test out the dvd burner on the verify side of an ISO burn and still happens, and my old ladied does the same thing. I then took a disk utility installer style application fabricated from the apple installers, and i booted into going to preform some disk utilities on my hard drives and during the boot it stopped several times and had on the screnn "FIX ME" I/O error, communication error/system I/O error/real time clock not properly initialized on this device. Then it had in a couple places that we read saying, "system currupt/repair/replace the Communications high precision event timer/ System Image may be fractured or defraged/ abort system security." Then the disk utility froze and I had to manually power down the pc. It runs fine just drops pages a lot. I have done all the I/O error checks and Flashed the Bios, but it is still there. I doner a fresh clean install, gone threw the sfc /scannow and the DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image/RestoreHealth- in command prompts, but nothing is fixing this issue and it still in the laptop and my old PC never dide get it fixed. How is it that three seperate PC in the same house come back with thaqt error. The other error my last PC had that thios one shows all the time to is "domain error" and linux mint shows it everytime I use it to do a hardware scan check. Then the apple utility showed it several times in its script as it was runnign its files threw the FSCK command for auto repair. I don't know what else to do but it has to be something that is malious or malware or something to get three PC with the same issue. I'm lost now. Help please.

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

There is no need in running the service tag if you can only help me if it's under warranty., This is the third feel I have had in 14 months and I thought after all the good I had heard about them I would enjoy one, and then it broke down and the company I got it the replaced it, the very small form factor 7010 i5 3470, and after having the second one and having issues and no real help from feel, Microsoft, or three DVD drive manufacturer wouldn't give help, has really made me reconsider getting another Dell, and dealing with Microsoft. I didn't think it could happen to a whole network tho. I should have rethought this before getting this i7 3770 optiplex 9010. I got a refund for the second one having damage beyond repair to it, and if I don't get this issue dealt with it's gonna be more hard drive curruptions, premature failures and PC damage. The SMART test shows the I/O error in sector, in/out count, but it's mainly in the read/ write that there will be offset amounts of data that causes it to have system errors, hard drive errors and performance errors. It looked up 23 and 5 month old 500bg each SSD. I don't know anymore.
