Inaccessible boot device
Turned off electricity without first turning off computer (opti plex 755) now message “your PC did not start correctly. Inaccessible boot drive. What can I do to get it back on? If anything?

It is a Windows 10 error. Try enter bios (press F2) and load default settings, save, exit.
If error still there, I would do a fresh clean install of Win10 (wipe hdd).

Drive is likely still alive but CMOS Battery Duracell DL2032 is bad.

Replace Cmos battery then try setting defaults.
IF default doesn't work try setting SATA OPERATION to AHCI instead of Raid.
Options for Mini Tower and Desktop:
RAID Autodetect/AHCI (RAID if signed drives, otherwise AHCI)
RAID Autodetect/ATA (RAID if signed drives, otherwise ATA)
RAID On (SATA is configured for RAID on every boot)
NOTE: When in Autodetect mode, the computer configures the drive as RAID if a RAID signature is detected on the drive.
Otherwise the drive will be configured as AHCI or ATA.
Inaccessible boot device STOP 7B is a windows message.

Where I live grocery stores and Walmart etc carry this battery its labelled for medical devices but works fine. Used in blood sugar meters.
