Installing O S

Recently purchased used optiplex 9020 ssf  & installed SSD drive wasn't sure how to load o s on this model others I have worked on entered BIOS setup to boot using win install C'd but I didn't see the option would anyone be kind enough to provide instructions thanks

The PC was purchased used from a  local eBay seller , who specializes in government surplus, so this item is no longer federal

F12 boot DVD wont work if secure boot is  ON in bios.

It also doesn't tend to work if the region code for your dvd isn't set.

If you use USB2 16 gig or 32 gig FAT32 flash drive you can make a bootable installer for windows 10 free.

You F12 boot and install windows10 without a key.

Then you download ALL the windows 10 drivers in a single cab file.

You move the cab file to C:\  my documents folder

You then install 7zip

You then right click the CAB file and with 7zip you say EXTRACT here

You then update drivers in device manager by right clicking errors and saying update from my pc instead of the internet.
