Installing an Audio Card in Optiplex 9020 i7 4770?

I have a Asus XONAR D2/PM/A 7.1 surround card from 2013 barely used, & currently packed; does the Optiplex 9020 i7 4770 allow for an audio card like this to be installed? I was unaware if the "Low Profile" status of the Optiplex series applies to audio expansion as well.

A 9020 MT shouldn't have any trouble with it.  You may need to download driver if not recognized by Win10.

Non-Dell GPU cards can require Secure Boot off in BIOS.  I'm not sure if it's the same for audio cards.  It's something to troubleshoot in case you do run into trouble.

There is a catch - Running into another thread, I wasn't able to research bus bandwidth.  https://www.dell.com/community/Desktops-General-Read-Only/Optiplex-9020-no-audio-on-PCI-Sound-Card/td-p/4624642
