Integrated Graphics Card

So i have an Optiplex 7060 MT and it has a i7 8700 with integrated graphics card and i want to get a GTX 1050 Ti but i dont know if it works on my PC because i have an integrated graphics card i dont know if i can switch to the GTX 1050 Ti instead of the integrated graphics card

of course you can and it works. when pc detects a discrete video card it automatically disables the integrated video adapter.
