Intel hd 4000 driver stuck on default driver

hello there! I have a problem with intel had 4000 GPU chipset in my dell OptiPlex 7010

specs:

i7 3770

16 GB ddr3 1333 MHz

1 TB,233GB HDD

dell default motherboard 0YXT71

problem is when I installed the driver from the latest and official website which 15.33.53.5161 but my driver after installing the newer driver stuck on the older 10.18.10.5161. so please tell me what is the problem is it my motherboard issue I also manually installed but nothing works stuck on older once also tried driver booster but nothing works. I think it was latest but when I open any game or Filmora 9 or adobe premiere pro then it says plz update your gpu drive I do plz help me.

I usually do a fresh clean install of Windows 10 (v.1909) and let it automatically download the display driver for integrated gpu. sometimes it takes a short while for Windows 10 to update the driver from basic to the appropriate one. I do not manually interfere w its pick. If you have another hdd to try clean install or you don’t mind starting w a clean slate wiping the current one.
