Issues with Optiplex 7060 models going to sleep
So we are having issues with all of our Optiplex 7060 SFF models going to sleep mode.
Waking the computer works fine when you are physically at the PC. The issue happens when you try to use RPD or any Third Party remote connection software (we use ConnectWise) where we are unable to wake / connect.
Items that we have checked:
- We have the power settings changed via GPO and they are all correct.
- BIOS power settings are correct
- Version of Windows is 1909 and all updates have been run
- We have deployed all Dell updates for: BIOS, NIC, Motherboard
So far, nothing had resolved the issue.
Any ideas?
