KB5004953 Security Update install without ESU's

Tried to install the KB5004953 Security Update but, after some messing around, determined that ESU Year 01 and 02 were not installed/available though I WAS religious about doing all important updates.

Not sure the ESU's are available somewhere but I find it disturbing that MS would issue an IMPORTANT security update after terminating Win7 technical support AND not continuing access to the ESUs?!

Is there a work-around for KB5004953?
