Keyboard and mouse not getting power.

Question

I'll start off by saying I don't know anything about the behind the scenes of computers, but I'm willing to learn. I just got a secondhand optiplex 780, and everything was fine and working when I bought it. I did a reset on it, and now every time I boot it I have no power to my mouse or keyboard after trying all ports, and a separate wireless set. I can get into the F2 menu at startup and I have power then, but I dont know how to do anything to fix my problem beyond that. Thank you in advance:)

try replace cmos battery of 780 w a brand new CR2032 and clear cmos settings by reset motherboard RTCRST jumper.
