I dismantled my old Dell Optiplex 745 and removed the RAM. Will it be okay to put the RAM in my Dell Optiplex 7020 SFF or will it be bad for my PC?Please answer.

It will not work. The 745 has DDR2 800 RAM whereas the 7020 has DDR3 1600.
