My OptiPlex 7080 won't start

As usual I was working on my PC and suddenly I saw some color spikes (similar to the effect on the monitor when we try to remove the display cable from the PC) on the monitor and after 5 seconds I forced it to shut down. After that, whenever I plug in my PC, it starts the PSU self test as expected, but doesn't stop after 2-3 seconds, stucks there. I can hear a short single beep. No LED POST codes. No power on the other external components (like keyboard, mouse, monitor etc) and no video.

I've tried a CMOS reset but it didn't work. I guess this is the PSU, RAM or Motherboard issue.

Please help me.

first of all make sure your monitor and video cable are verified working.

to clear 7080 CMOS the manual asks you to contact Dell technical support.

All cables are working properly, I'm sure, I've tested.

if still within warranty given this model is relatively new, call Dell support for warranty repair.

you said you had reset cmos.  is this what you did: Start the RTC reset with the system powered off and connected to AC power. Press and hold the power button for thirty (30) seconds. The system RTC Reset occurs after you release the power button.
