NVIDIA display settings are not available

Dear,

I am getting the NVIDIA display settings are not available on my DELL optiplex 7050 windows 10 pro 64 bit for NVIDIA GE GT710.

i tried updating to latest NVIDIA driver,updated latest BIOS,removed the old NVIDIA driver updated with latest.

I removed the nvidia folder from folder C and rebooted the machine and again install the latest driver from Nvidia but still i am getting this error.

i am connecting my CPU with my **bleep** desktop over HDMI cable.

please help me to resolve this issue.
