It is possible hdd has failed or OS corrupted so pc can not find master boot record when it tries to boot. Try reinstall OS by connecting pc to a bootable usb flash drive (prepared by using Microsoft Win10 media creation tool). Do you have files on your hdd that you need to recover? If not do a clean install on hdd which clears its partition and reformats it. If reinstall OS stalls or fails, hdd may need to be replaced.
