Nothing wrong with your post but free support for 3rd party software is not forthcoming from Dell. Asking questions is never inappropriate. This is a user forum just not the retro arch forum. Neither Vulcan or Retro Arch are related in any way to any model Dell.
After a thorough search on the Dell forums looking for posts related to my stumbling block, I found a couple threads that hinted at a similar problem/issue regarding the Optiplex series and especially those with similar family of GPU's. So I thought my particular post was in accordance. I apologize if this inquire is considered inappropriate to this forum.
