OptiPlex 3050 AIO yellow screen

I've just purchased OptiPlex 3050 AIO CTO and just received it. but the screen is yellow.  I tried changing the color settings in intel hd graphics control panel and the night light settings in the control panel system display. but still its yellow as if there is a yellow screen protector.
