Optiplex 3020 upgrade help

So I just got into pc building and wanted to know if this will work so bought a i5-3470 and wanted to know if I put it in will the system still work or will there be problems I also got 8gb of ram and an rx470 and a 256gb ssd and was wondering if this would work and if not what to do to optimize this configuration

stock power supply 290W is too small for RX470.

non dell cards will require secure boot off in bios.

Graphic card and processor will work great together:

Intel Core i5-3470 (Clock speed at 100%) with AMD Radeon RX 470 (Clock speed at 100%) x1 will produce only 5.8% of bottleneck.
