Optiplex 3040 Do not Turn On
Hi,
I have Dell Optiplex 3040. It was working fine and suddenly turned off. I've checked the power supply diagnostic and its working fine with green light. But power button on front is not working, I also tried removing the case and pressing it, but its not turning on. No lights or indication at all. Can you guys please help?

No light on the MB either? Sounds like it's deader than dead, good chance it's the MB.
There's a possibly lesser chance it's the PSU. From here and without error codes, it's impossible to diagnose for sure.
If the diagnostics were still working, the power light would blink orange in a certain pattern to indicate the error.
